El Carmen Hotel Antigua

Had a perfect 10/10 stay in a long time, would definitely stop here again. Extremely comfy beds and climate control, multi-channel television and an iron.

The staff there were decent and helpful. The room was big with 1 bed, had wake-up service, that's cool.

My bed was uncomfortable.

I had a perfect stay with a breakfast included and loved the location, it was unbeatable and near the plaza. The food was outstanding and the staff were decent.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a central area, not far from town centre and the City Center and the Cathedral. It was brand-new, the room was well-appointed and had an exceptionally comfortable bed.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Antigua, had much fun. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

I loved the property and very good stuff and rooms. The room met needs well, inviting where the lamp was plugged in. I was offered a savoury breakfast with an awesome view.

Respectful hotel, spectacular location and wonderfully friendly staff. The room was bright and contemporary. Food for breakfast, especially cakes, bacon, meats and cheese, was great. The pool was nice and the views were great.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Antigua. I loved the place, its EXCELLENT staff and location. Nice beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an iron were a nice touch.

Comfy bed, huge and well cleaned rooms. They made my stay pleasant. Lots of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars near the hotel. Also, property's position was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from tourist spot like antigua guatemala. Great service throughout too.

Especially helpful staff, new building, absolutely gorgeous room. Free wireless internet, flat screen TV with cable channels and so much space in the room and the soft bed. The beach nearby was nice and the view was particularly good. Easy check-in, late check-out.

It was a good experience in a quirky hotel. Decent location, I loved outstandingly accommodating staff and warm rooms. The breakfast was enjoyable and had lots of food. Gorgeous lobby.

Very clean hotel in very convenient location in Antigua. Liked sunny patio. In addition, free Wi-Fi was useful.

Our stay here was excellent, lovely base for exploring Antigua. The views were amazing! Also, it has free parking. Polite staff, great value for money.

excellent breakfast, great location. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like dona luisa xicotencatl that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The beds were comfortable in our room. We greatly enjoyed everything.
